Yes. The fare shown is the fixed price for the booked route – no meter surprises in normal traffic, on the usual route or with short waits at the terminal. You know what to expect before you travel.
If you provide your flight number, we can align pick-up with your real arrival at MUC. There’s no extra charge for that – it’s part of a smooth airport transfer.
You can usually pay cash in the vehicle or by common cards (e.g. Visa, Mastercard). Whether online payment is available for your booking is shown clearly in the booking flow before you confirm.
Free cancellation is usually possible up to 24 hours before the agreed pick-up time. Need to change at short notice? Call us and we’ll work out the best option.

Booked airport transfers use the fixed price from the online form – estate cars often from about €100, minibus/van from about €160, depending on address and vehicle. You see the fare before you book. The city taxi meter tariff is separate from that fixed airport fare.
Yes. Enter Munich central station or your city address as pickup or drop-off and the fixed price appears immediately. The ride to the centre often takes about 35–50 minutes depending on traffic.
Add the terminal if you know it, plus your flight number. At MUC the driver usually meets you with a name sign. We track the flight so a typical delay does not add a surprise waiting fee.
The municipal taxi tariff (starting fee and per-km rate, as listed in the legal notice) applies to regular taxi trips. An online airport transfer is charged at the fixed price shown for that route, not a running meter in normal traffic.
Solo travellers with little luggage often pay less on the S-Bahn. From about two or three people, with lots of bags, a child seat, or very early or late travel, a fixed-price taxi is often simpler: one vehicle, door to door, no changes.
The minibus/van is for groups – up to about 8 passengers with luggage, often from about €160 depending on the route. The exact fixed price is shown after you enter the address and choose the vehicle.
